Comments: An important early recording of thirteenth-
and early fourteenth-century French polyphony. Note that the first
track is not an Alleluia but a gradual. Also, one of the two-voice
motets seems to be mistranscribed and should read "Quant je
parti de m'amie."
Transcription for Ms Montpellier by Yvonne Rokseth. This LP won
the "Grand Prix du Disque 1958" of the Académie
du Disque Français. Minor additional information for the
