The second Guerrero recording by the Choir of Westminster Cathedral features instrumental participation in various pieces by His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts, in emulation of the performance styles of sixteenth-century Spain. The oddly-titled Missa de la batalla escoutez is based on the popular chanson La guerre by Clément Janequin.
