Comments:
Information from CD. Although I wouldn't recommend this CD
for casual listeners to Gregorian Chant, this CD is a must for
anyone interested in Gregorian Chant interpretation. The booklet
contains extensive information about many early recording aspects
of Chant, by Jerome F. Weber, well-known for "A Gregorian
Chant Discography" (2 vol., Utica, N.Y., 1990) and his
painstaking and relentless involvement in the Early Music field
(Fanfare, Goldberg, discographies).
