Hilversum, Radio Nederland Wereldomroep. n.d., 8vo. 69 pp. "Radio
Nederland transcriptions available free of charge to broadcasting
stations all over the world" (performers' list, pp. 64-69).
Probably a typescript of each program (11 p.) was inserted in
container for 30cm editions.
