Information from owned CD. The manuscripts 222 C 22 and B 121, preserved in the Strasbourg town's library, disappeared when it burned down in 1870. A belgian musicologist (Edmond de Coussemaker) made a partial copy; with the help of this copy, other documents and correlation with other existing manuscripts, the Ensemble was able to select a certain number of instrumental and vocal pieces forming a representative amalgam of Rhenish Middle Ages.
