There are several other recordings of nadhawaram/nagaswaram, an outdoor wind instrument, but I have not explored them as systematically as I should. I will rectify that, but for now, the present choice is exemplary and more readily available than many.

Several nadhaswaram players have been awarded the Sangeetha Kalanidhi, just as Sheik Chinna Moulana has. However, none are recorded under such good circumstances.
