Comments: Performed one player to a part. These were later included in the Four Overtures set, with the other three Bach's overtures freshly recorded. BWV 1067 and 1070 were reissued at mid-price with the rest of the "Canon & Gigue" LP in "Archiv Masters" series (Archiv Masters 447 285-2 A MA (1 CD)). Another reissue in "Archiv Collectors Edition" (Archiv 471 656-2 A B8 (8 CDs)), with the Overtures BWV 1066, 1068 and 1069 and complete the Brandenburg Concertos and Kammermusik records.
