Comments:
Information from CD and additional remarks from Robert Searle. A
Who's who of early music performers of the early 70's. A very good
introduction to early music instruments; it should be noted that,
ca 1970, David Munrow released an LP with similar, but modest,
goals: Oryx EXP 46 Medieval and Renaissance
Sounds, vol. I and then in mid 70's appeared David Munrow's mythical
Instruments of the Middle Ages and Renaissance,
but that is another story.
