This will be a place to collect information on the music of 15th century Burgundy and related areas in the Franco-Flemish style. It will not include the works of Dufay, Binchois, Busnoys, or Ockeghem (or Josquin, Agricola, Obrecht La Rue), which will be detailed elsewhere. This is essentially a "miscellaneous" listing.
This is a very preliminary and very cursory discography. It will likely not be completed in any systematic way for months or years. It does not include even all those items for which we have detailed contents. It does, however, include a variety of older & obscure material which is gathered here in preparation for a future extensive listing. Some related Spanish songs from the Burgundy period as well as later Franco-Flemish polyphony are also included.
In the meantime, a CD search on this topic is likely to be more helpful than finding something in this file.
Material below has been collected to this state primarily by Pierre-F. Roberge.
